I truly enjoyed its outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice employees.

everything was simply good. stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was absolutely amazing and clean, had perfect views, favourable location near town area. the food was delicious, very efficient service. even though some of the stuff were not always friendly, i had a very nice stay. location: the property was just next door to attraction places and shopping center and night market. a cool bonus was nearby nadeje cake shop, that offered tea and coffee.

There were a shopping area and a market nearby. Visited few places in the center, just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The property has a good location, not far from bandar hilir, shopping centre and all the hotspots in melaka.

The hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is located in a quiet area by the beach, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and have a cozy feel to them.

the location is perfect. Situated in a quiet area by the beach, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with comfy beds and windows that allowed just the right amount of natural light. And lastly, the breakfast at the rooftop with a seaview was a highlight. The food was delicious and the panoramic view made for a memorable dining experience.

Had a lovely Christmas stay in this hotel. Great location just a short walk to all the sights. Room was super clean and the security guard kept an eye on our car parked on the street. Loved the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Free Wi-Fi and friendly staff were a bonus.

Breakfast lacked choices and was not buffet-style. No mini fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient.

The Hotel Balik Pulau in Malacca was a pleasant experience with its comfortable bed and convenient location. Within a 10-minute walk of the ancient Dutch area, riverside, and main attractions, it made exploring the city a breeze. The staff, especially the friendly and helpful female receptionist and senior member of the restaurant, were a delightful addition to our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a nice view of the sea from its rooftop cafe, making breakfast a truly enjoyable experience.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay at this hotel was a good one.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. The room was perfect for us as it was very spacious and had enough beds for all of us. We also found the cleanliness of the hotel to be excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. In addition, the location was convenient with easy access to many tourist attractions and shopping areas.

the hotel had lovely views of the sea, and the rooms were clean with plenty of amenities such as soap dispensers and TV channels. the breakfast was satisfying, and the hotel had a lucky draw with prizes such as cute animal piggy banks.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, with very limited available parking spaces.
